The NeverDiet Method

Twenty years ago, Wendy successfully lost over half of her body weight. She achieved this through developing an understanding of why she turned to food. To help others do the same, she spent over ten years studying the psychology of eating behaviour, and training as a coaching psychologist. As a working parent, she understands that finding the time to look after your health is hard. That is why the NeverDiet method is tailored to your life style, and brings change at your pace. Wendy uses practical steps, and proven techniques in four sections:

Together, we take time to understand what you have tried so far, why dieting has not worked for you, what is important to you, and what your goals are for the coaching programme. 

An indepth and detailed analysis of why you eat, and what triggers any cravings. Identify the small changes you can make to your eating habits, to bring lifelong results.

Services

Coaching Programmes

Four coaching programmes are available. All include an automatic subscription to the NeverDiet app for the duration of your programme. This is where you can access weekly member's blogs with additional tips, exercises, tools and techniques. When your coaching programme comes to an end, you can choose to pay monthly to continue the benefits of a subscription.

*  1:1 coaching is best if taken weekly, it is possible to schedule weeks off for holidays, illnesses etc. All sessions need to be taken within 3 months of booking. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations otherwise you will be charged.

Ultimate
The Ultimate Coaching Programme

 

A 12 month package including 8 hours of intensive one-to-one coaching sessions, and following this, you have 30 minutes per month check-in session. Wendy will be by your side, day by day, on unlimited email and text support,** helping you with the harder days, encouraging you, giving you a confidence boost when you most need it, and celebrating your successes every step of the way.

When the twelve months come to an end, you can choose to pay monthly to continue the benefits a subscription.

Because of the intensive nature of this programme, only five client spaces are available at any time.

Premium
The Premium Coaching Programme

A 6 month package Following six one to one coaching sessions, you will keep on track through a monthly personalised review of your progress, and motivational emails full of new tips, techniques, videos and tasks.

Standard
The Standard Coaching Programme

 

This 3 month package includes three one to one coaching sessions. You will keep on track through a monthly personalised review of your progress, and motivational emails full of new tips, techniques, videos and tasks.

When the three months come to an end, you can choose to pay monthly to continue the benefits of your subscription.

self guided
The Self Guided Coaching Programme

Six modules will guide you through the NeverDiet method. You will receive an introductory video to the whole course. Following this, each module will include:

  • Access to course materials on the NeverDiet App

  • Tasks related to the focus of the material

  • Online questionnaires to build up your eating habit profile

  • Personalised reports (emailed to you within 48 hours of completing the questionnaire).

 

A member's subscription for three months (worth £90) which will keep you on track through member's blogs full of new tips, techniques, videos and tasks.

When the three months come to an end, you can choose to pay monthly to continue the benefits of your subscription.

Dr Wendy Nicholls
Registered Coaching Psychologist

Dr Wendy Nicholls has spent over ten years studying the psychology of eating, and has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters on subjects such as weight management, emotional eating, cravings, mindful eating, and obesity. Wendy frequently partners with NHS weight management practitioners who have implemented aspects of the approach that you will benefit from in the programme that she will create for you.  Dr Wendy Nicholls is a registered coaching psychologist and Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribes to EMCC’s Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org).
